Years of experience in the packaging industry and a customer-oriented strategy for launching and managing each project allow us to ensure success in securing packaging and products in your distribution networks. The key issue is product safety in its packaging from the moment of filling the container to its opening by the end customer. Constantly increasing requirements for product safety by network recipients require a comprehensive approach to security measures - sealing the product, whether it is a food, cosmetic or chemical product. We have been effectively and successfully meeting these requirements for many years.
Improvement of packaging tightness
Protection against unauthorized opening of the product
Image and marketing matters - packaging secured with a seal raises greater customer confidence
Extension of shelf life - a barrier against product oxidation
Our offer includes both seals made in the form of cut disks, as well as materials delivered in the form of tape wound on rolls. Thanks to this, we are able to offer favorable cooperation conditions to every recipient, regardless of what applying machines they have in their facilities.
In the case of regular disk seals, we can offer several hundred diameters - we handle most of the typical thread diameters present on the market. In the case of seals with "ears" we can also offer most of the available diameters, and we also make special tools if required by recipients or resulting from joint agreements.
We offer not only seals, but also machines for their application in closures and induction generators, which enable our induction seals to function properly.
We can print one and multi-color prints on our seals. Our machine park enables us to make prints even in small quantities and production runs.
Basically any. The only factor determining the quantities ordered by our customers is the scale effect. The principle applies here that the larger the quantity, the lower the unit cost of seals. We carry out small orders for start-ups that are just starting to use seals, helping to enter the market with new products, but we also carry out multimillion production batches for large recipients. The efficiency of our devices allows us to carry out such orders on favorable terms.
Over 20 years of experience in the industry, access to technology, support from cooperators, as well as machinery and workshop facilities enable us to provide comprehensive project support to our customers and strengthen our position in the market. Professional knowledge and advice give us the confidence that we launch every project successfully. With us, there is no risk of making a mistake, often at a very preliminary stage of cooperation, we advise on what solutions to adopt to meet the expectations of our customers to the same extent at the beginning of their projects as well as when they achieve the effect of large scale. We advise and support our customers not only in terms of the seals themselves, but also in terms of equipment and machines. This includes devices for applying seals to caps, as well as induction and conduction welders.
Seals can be divided into several groups based on their purpose
This group includes seals that require only mechanical application to the caps. There is no need for gluing or embedding the seal into the caps, and the sealing is achieved by mechanical compression between the cap and the neck of the container.
Based on this criterion, we distinguish seals of the following types:
Within this group, we offer the following materials:
Coating or co-extrusion are processes that allow our seals to gain additional functionalities. The basic one is to increase the barrier properties of packaging by significantly reducing the transmission of water vapor through the structure of EPE/PP foam. Additionally, some types of coatings are designed to protect the seal itself against the action of aggressive substances packed into the containers.
Our advice in this area ensures that your product is protected from the potential future problems resulting from chemical and physical reactions at the interface between the seal and the product.
These are self-adhesive seals and membranes that, unlike mechanical seals, provide "tamper-evidence" protection. They are therefore seals with the functionality of a warranty seal. Opening such a seal causes it to detach from the container or even be permanently damaged, making it impossible to reseal the same package. We thus obtain visual control of unauthorized opening.
We offer two types of these seals:
PS seals are made of polystyrene foam, which has good mechanical matching properties with the edges of the container and the cap itself.
In the PS/ALU version, these membranes provide not only the function of a seal but also sealing properties due to the additional layer of aluminum, which ensures barrier protection of the closure.
Therefore, it is possible to use such membranes for products where it is necessary to ensure the function of a seal, barrier, and at the same time mechanical sealing, but without the use of high temperature on the seal and product in the package. An example of such use is all kinds of flavors and cosmetics, where induction and conduction cannot be used, but the membrane itself should provide the maintenance of the aroma in the package to maintain product durability before its sale.
This is the largest group of products in our offer. It includes one-piece and two-piece induction seals. Both versions of the seals provide tamper-evidence functionality as well as packaging barrier properties. Each type of induction seal contains an aluminum layer which serves as a barrier.
Our offer of IHS (Induction Heat Sealing) seals includes the following structures:
Depending on the cap diameter, we offer thicknesses ranging from 0.18mm to 0.35mm. Due to their indivisible structure, these seals can be cut into round seals, seals with tabs, or as material on a roll. They are used wherever the product is consumed once opened or when the cap serves as a dispenser.
2-piece induction seals are used wherever we need to provide tamper-evidence functionality and ensure secondary sealing after opening the container. The base layer serves this purpose. However, it is not possible to use seals with tabs in this case.
Induction sealing 2-piece seals are used wherever we need to provide a tamper-evident seal and ensure secondary sealing after opening the container. This is where the supporting/base layer comes in. However, it is not possible to use seals with tabs in this case.
